I believe everyone has the capacity to get better, to heal. We are resilient beings and can bounce back from anything. I originally started Louisville Health & Healing for people like you. My purpose in life is to help and heal others. We all have things that we suffer from and struggle with and sometimes without knowing it. Our purpose at LHH is to provide high quality counseling and therapy with the vision of people getting well.

I love helping individuals find relief and regain control over their actions. My approach will help you detach from the thinking processes that no longer serve you. I will help you slow down your thinking in order for you to engage in more effective practices in controlling your anger and anxiety.

Sometimes life can feel more miserable than fulfilling. Obsessive thoughts and an inability to resist compulsions to react to our emotions can make change feel impossible and leave us feeling defeated. As the years go by, it gets harder and harder to break these negative thought patterns and destructive cycles that drag our relationships down.

Jordan Gage, LPCC

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor here in Kentucky. My goal is to be an ally and source of support to help people along their journey. Sometimes that journey is easy, and sometimes things are messy, complicated, and challenging. We often learn ways of getting through life that don’t always help us the way we want. By taking stock of our lives, emotions, and thought processes we can uncover which things may be working well, and which ones could stand to be changed. This allows us to craft our own story rather than following one that feels stale or stagnant.
