I love helping individuals find relief and regain control over their actions. My approach will help you detach from the thinking processes that no longer serve you. I will help you slow down your thinking in order for you to engage in more effective practices in controlling your anger and anxiety.
Sometimes life can feel more miserable than fulfilling. Obsessive thoughts and an inability to resist compulsions to react to our emotions can make change feel impossible and leave us feeling defeated. As the years go by, it gets harder and harder to break these negative thought patterns and destructive cycles that drag our relationships down. It might not feel like it right now, but you do have what it takes to change and there really is a light at the end of the tunnel. I love this quote by Desmond Tutu, “Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness.”
