I believe that everyone has the innate capacity to heal and grow. We are resilient beings, capable of bouncing back from even the most challenging circumstances. My journey in founding Louisville Health & Healing was driven by a deep desire to support people like you. Recognized by the New York Times and named one of the Most Admired CEOs, my purpose is rooted in helping others find healing and strength.

At LH&H, our mission is to provide high-quality counseling and therapy with a clear vision: for individuals to reclaim their well-being. We are more than labels or illnesses; we are whole, capable human beings. I specialize in treating trauma and addiction, and I also work with issues such as anxiety and depression.

My approach is both firm and compassionate—gentle when needed, empowering always. I’ve endured my own share of suffering in life, and I believe that pain often guides us toward self-discovery and the life we truly desire. I am certified in EMDR and Transactional Analysis, and I primarily work with adults, couples, and families.
