“Often the hands will solve a mystery that the intellect has struggled with in vain.”

– Carl Jung

I believe that treatment should be approached with care, delicacy, and without judgment. You are more than your current circumstances, which is why I work to understand what has brought you here—including your strengths and resilience. I encourage art therapy because it does not require any artistic skills; it offers a safe, creative way to access memories and emotions that may be difficult to express with words alone.

We are all human—prone to mistakes, trauma, and moments of pain. These experiences can influence us in ways we wish they wouldn’t. My goal is to support you in addressing those areas that need attention, helping you find relief and growth.

While my primary focus is art therapy, I also enjoy providing talk therapy and I am trained in EMDR. I have experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, ages, ethnicities, sexualities, and gender expressions, using a wide range of therapeutic modalities. My hope is to walk alongside you, helping you feel safe, confident, and empowered to discover your true self.

Whether through art, emotion-focused therapy, behavioral approaches, or whichever modality suits your needs best, we will explore the reasons behind your thoughts, feelings, and actions. I would be honored to support you on this journey of self-discovery and healing.

Specialties: relationship issues, complex and attachment trauma.

Fun fact: “I enjoy painting and wood working.”
