  • Protocol development (intake, risk, safety planning, crisis pathways)

  • Service evaluation (utilization, outcomes, client experience, throughput bottlenecks)

Deliverables: workflow maps, SOPs, KPI dashboard, 30/60/90-day improvement plan.

4) Organizational Consulting

  • Conflict resolution & culture shift (mediated dialogues, norms, feedback loops)

  • Leader coaching (burnout prevention, high-stakes conversations, accountability with care)

  • Change management (rollout plans, communication cadence, adoption metrics)

Outcomes we target: lower burnout/turnover, faster access to care, safer handoffs, higher satisfaction.

How an Engagement Works

  1. Discovery (Week 1): 60-min intake with leadership; quick scan of pain points & goals

  2. Assessment (Weeks 2–3): interviews, pulse surveys, sample documentation review

  3. Recommendations (Week 4): prioritized roadmap with timelines, resources, KPIs

  4. Implementation (Weeks 5–12): trainings, SOP builds, supervision/consultation, leader coaching

  5. Measurement (Quarterly): KPI review (e.g., time-to-appointment, incident rate, staff burnout), corrective actions

Sample KPIs (we track what we change)

  • Burnout: ↓ 20% on staff pulse within 90 days

  • Access: ↓ wait time to first appointment to ≤7 days

  • Safety: ≥90% completion of safety plans for flagged clients

  • Retention: ↓ staff turnover by 10–15% year-over-year

  • Training impact: ≥85% “useful/very useful” post-training; 60-day skill adoption check

Packages

  • Starter (4 weeks): discovery, one half-day training, SOP review, KPI starter pack

  • Growth (8–12 weeks): add program build, two trainings, monthly supervision group, leader coaching

  • Enterprise (6 months): full assessment, quarterly trainings, ongoing supervision/consults, KPI dashboard & reviews
