“Perhaps I am stronger than I think.”
– Thomas Merton
Are you feeling lost, overwhelmed, or out of control lately? Is there a persistent voice in your mind telling you that you’re not good enough and that you can’t handle what life throws your way? If so, please know you’re not alone—I’m here to support you.
Since beginning my journey to become a therapist in 2012, I’ve primarily worked with adults navigating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, addiction, trauma, self-esteem issues, communication challenges, and relationship concerns. My approach is grounded in compassion and authenticity. I’m often described as down-to-earth and personable, with a gentle ability to challenge and encourage you to stay true to yourself.
I understand that therapy can sometimes feel intimidating. My first priority is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable to open up and share your story. I believe that we are much more than our struggles—our strengths, hopes, and true selves are always present, waiting to be rediscovered.
I incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, including interpersonal therapy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing, tailored to your unique goals.
My greatest inspiration is the resilience of the human spirit. I believe each of us walks through life equipped with already-strong skills to face our challenges and pursue our dreams. Good therapy offers a space to explore your hopes and fears, laying a solid foundation from which you can build the life you envision.
I believe in everyone’s capacity to heal and grow, and I would be honored to partner with you on your journey of self-discovery and transformation.
