“Not all those who wander are lost.”
― J. R. R. Tolkien
I like to help clients with a variety of issues, including adjusting to significant life stressors, relationship conflicts, work difficulties, time management, recent losses, and setting effective boundaries to improve daily functioning. I also love to help clients who are experiencing issues with gender dysphoria, confusion with sexuality, gender identity, and connecting them with groups in the community.
Considering myself an eclectic therapist, I try to find ANY resource or technique that I can use to help my clients decrease the impact their stressors are having on their daily functioning. I enjoy researching effective methods for my clients, and am a strong believer that there is not a “cure all” way to treat every disorder.
Everyday life is tough. Sometimes it’s hard to ask for help, or even know where to start. I am here to support you through managing difficult times, gaining confidence in your ability to control what you can, and resolving conflict or situations causing you stress. I will challenge you to reach your full potential and believe in yourself.
