CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

AT LOUISVILLE HEALTH & HEALING

Therapists and Counselors

Build a Meaningful Clinical Career. Grow with Purpose. Heal with Impact.

Louisville Health & Healing is a trauma-informed, relationship-centered mental health practice committed to helping adults, kids, teens, couples, and families break patterns, reclaim their lives, and step into long-term healing.

We are entering an exciting new chapter — expanding our outpatient services, school-based programs, EMDR services, psychoeducation groups, and upcoming IOP programming.

To support this growth, we’re building a team of clinicians who are:

Aligned. Invested. Mission-driven. Clinically excellent.

If you are looking for meaningful work, a supportive team culture, and the opportunity to grow professionally, we would love to connect.

Why Work at Louisville Health & Healing?

 Predictable Referrals & Steady Caseload

We provide a reliable flow of referrals so you can build your caseload quickly and sustainably.

Private-Pay & Insurance Models

Opportunity to grow a private-pay caseload, increase autonomy, and earn more per session.

Trauma-Focused, Evidence-Based Practice

We specialize in:

  • EMDR
  • Trauma recovery
  • Anxiety & depression care
  • Family systems
  • Psychoeducation & skills groups
  • School-based therapy
  • Emerging IOP programming

If you love clinically deep, meaningful work — this is the place.

Growth & Professional Development

We invest in clinicians who want to:

  • Deepen clinical skills
  • Learn EMDR
  • Facilitate group programming
  • Take leadership paths
  • Develop specialty services

Your desire to learn and grow is valued here.

Supportive, Collaborative Culture

We are structured but warm. Collaborative but autonomous.

You will never feel lost, isolated, or “just another contractor.”

Flexible Hybrid Scheduling

Create a schedule that fits your life — with the stability of a full and consistent caseload.

High-Quality Administrative Support

Our team handles:

  • Intake
  • Marketing
  • Scheduling
  • Billing
  • Insurance submission
  • Client onboarding and referrals

So you can focus on what matters most: the clinical work.

Who Thrives Here

We attract clinicians who are:

  • Dedicated and reliable
  • Emotionally grounded
  • Eager to grow clinically
  • Comfortable with change and innovation
  • Passionate about client care
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Aligned with a mission-driven practice
  • Interested in specialty programming (school-based, psychoed, EMDR, IOP, couples/family, etc.)

We are not a good fit for clinicians who:

  • Want minimal involvement
  • Miss team meetings or avoid communication
  • Resist structure or growth
  • Prefer low-engagement, low-impact work

We invest deeply in our team and expect the same level of commitment in return.
