I graduated undergrad in 2004 and have been working in the social work field since that time. I received my Masters of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville in 2009. I am a Licensed Clinical Social work (LCSW) and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC). I have seventeen years of experience working in the social service and mental health field.
Over my 17-year career, I have worked with a variety of settings. These settings include foster care, hospital social work, in-home therapy, and private practice for the last five years. I work with all ages, from childhood to later adulthood. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I love my profession and believe my passion for helping others comes through as a genuine relationship with my clients. I enjoy helping my clients explore the strengths they have within themselves and developing goals that help them achieve the change they want to see in their lives. I have realized my desire of helping those with addiction themselves or who have a loved one with an addiction.
